darcs repos with wget gave lot of garbage in the dirs (next to the actual  
files, of course). Not very convenient. Not to speak about 'cvs log' 'cvs  
status' 'cvs diff' and so on wget does not provide. and it is not easier  
to type 'wget' instead 'cvs', is it? so why?
