[Mnet-devel] CVS <-> DARCS world synchronization

I pulled the darcs repository 
"http://mnetproject.org/repos/metatracker_for_old_network" and the CVS 
repository "darcs-mnet_new_mt" into the same directory.  The first 
problem was all the CVS "$Id ... $" and "$Revision ... $" strings, so I 
removed all of them.

Then I applied Arno's changes from darcs-mnet_new_mt to darcs world and 
a few small changes of mine from darcs world to CVS world.

Now the only difference between those two worlds is the version tag, 
which says METATRACKERFORv06NETCVSWORLD or 
METATRACKERFORv06NETDARCSWORLD respectively.

So if anyone makes any changes the "metatracker for old v0.6 network" 
code, let me know and I'll move the change to the other revision 
control world.
