[Mnet-devel] Relay Server

Hello.
The requirements for relay servers are quite modest. I haven't looked at
things lately but I would think that a relay server could be run in the
background of any semi-modern computer (400Mhz and up) and the size of
the network right now wouldn't need anything more than a 56k-line. If
there is a 0.6 network running at all right now? I'm not sure that we
even have a MetaTracker up.

The amount of bandwith one's willing to contribute is configurable. I
think the default is 56k. Also, there should be a few relay servers out
there so that not all of them goes through the same machine.
