[p2p-hackers] NYT on "Internet in a Suitcase" for dissidents

I stated very long time ago that the "Internet" is "not" a redundancy for itself. Alternatives such as radio, ham and copper lines are useful in these scenarios but not much else.

Everyone here will build something like this before the next decade.
